SheEO Collective™ Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident and empowered in every purchase you make at SheEO Collective™. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise stated during promotional periods or holiday seasons).

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on Gift Cards, Water Bottles, Caps, or Underwear. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights, so feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team for any questions.

How to Return Your Order
  1. Open your account HERE to start your return process.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and follow the easy steps to get your item back to us.
  3. Send the returnable items to

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect it and send you an email to confirm it’s been received. From there, we’ll let you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, we’ll process your refund, and it will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note, refunds can take 5-10 working days to be processed.
